Frequently Asked Questions
Hiring for your project can be daunting, which is why I’ve compiled a list of some of the most common questions I get from new clients.
If your question isn’t answered, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll help you as much as I can.

Why use a contractor?
While it is tempting to pay a friend or family member to complete your project rather than a professional, I encourage you to think carefully before doing so.
It can lead to unfinished work, improper procedures, and hard feelings between family and friends.
Unfortunately, I've witnessed and fixed various issues related to hiring family or friends.
These issues all have the same thing in common, MORE money down the road.
The problems I've encountered include; untrimmed steel, inability to fit vehicles, mismatched colors, roof leaks, missing screws, unsquared doors, and the list goes on…
You can avoid these issues by hiring a professional contractor.
Hiring a professional to complete a project, from the beginning, saves you money and time in the long run.
True professionals, like Integrity Building Solutions, are bonded and insured to make sure that not only will your job get completed the right way, but you will be covered in the event of an accident or structural issue.
What does Integrity mean?
"Having integrity means you stand for something...you live by a code...and you strive every day to make your actions line up with your beliefs."
How long will my project take?
As you know, there are companies that offer to get your project started and finished within weeks.
While this offer can be tempting, old fashion common sense reminds us if it is too good to be true, it probably is.
Companies that are in and out are known to cut corners on your project and not focused on the quality of their work.
Rule of thumb; quality work requires a longer timeline.
The real professionals are busy and give an honest timeline.
How long will my project take?
We usually put a week on carports and 2-3 weeks on metal buildings just to play it safe with our personal timeline.
Metal roof installs and fencing will always depend on the complexity of the project.
There are always unforeseen circumstances and variables that come into play and we need to be able to account for them.
Are you insured?
Integrity Building Solutions is bonded and insured in the State of Texas to erect any residential or commercial steel structure, including installing or replacing metal roofs. In addition, we are insured to build privacy fences.
